Sales Director

Do you get excited about the latest technology and the problems that they can fix? Do you like sharing tech solutions and tools with others to sell them on the functionality? Can you eloquently verbalize the use cases potential customers face and describe how software can solve customers’ problems? If so, you may be a good fit for our Sales Director role. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role is responsible for managing existing lead systems and relationships for Wickr to build new business opportunities in a highly targeted, vertical focused program. This role requires someone who is fearless in selling disruptive solutions into all businesses and reaching out to key prospects and stakeholders to build immediate and long-term business value. This position will report to the Company’s Head of Sales and requires someone with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Functions

  • Strategically identify, target, and close new accounts to generate revenue for the company.
  • Effectively communicate with product, technology and business departments, while coordinating and managing deliverables.
  • Meet or exceed sales and product objectives as assigned.
  • Work strategically with the VP of Global Sales to identify trending opportunities/challenges and provide recommended solutions.
  • Prepare a GTM territory plan
  • Prepare presentations and sales displays in order to pitch and sell products.
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C and VP level Executives to address business needs.
  • Develop quotes, proposals, business cases and customer relationships.
  • Negotiate deal points and draft term sheets.
  • Utilize Salesforce to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate.
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.

Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Gather & analyze customer insights to drive marketing efforts

What we’re looking for

The Technical Program Manager will serve in a strategic and results oriented role and be responsible for program planning, development, and the implementation of Enterprise secure collaboration solutions in support of government clients. The Technical Program Manager will lead all program efforts including the coordination and management of cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with client requirements.

Successful candidates must demonstrate skills required to gauge program complexities associated with government projects, facilitate internal and external communications, integrate key elements of complex solutions, manage and understand program and/or client business requirements, and implement formal Program Management disciplines.

Essential Functions

  • Design and develop complex project plans that include the identification of discrete activities
  • Implement program and project management processes to enable oversight of program activities
  • Implement program and project management disciplines requires to ensure successful delivery including: stakeholder communications, schedule management, risk management, and change management
  • Define, capture, and maintain internal program related performance measures to communicate program status
  • Manage program deliverables to ensure program outputs align with client/contract expectations
  • Assist in the process by describing technical products/solutions and determine customers’ technical solution needs
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations explaining products, solutions or
    services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Drive new requirements through the product & development process
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical program management support.
  • Proactively and regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure clear lines of communication and transparency across all teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required
  • 5+ years of prior technical experience preferably in systems administration and/or networking

Business Analyst Intern

This position will work cross-functionally to deliver value across the entire organization with a focus on business related projects. Wickr is looking for a self-starter to support the Finance, Customer Success, Marketing and Engineering teams in amplifying the company’s metrics who can execute against ambitious business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex data sets and analyze business needs to develop business plans and metrics to make recommendations that drive strategic decisions
  • Based on data, identify root drivers of customer behavior and help bring scalable and meaningful product improvements to our customers
  • Develop dashboards to empower team members with information
  • Construct statistical and financial models to forecast business performance
  • Use creative analysis skills to develop insights into complex questions
  • Define the metrics required to measure business performance
  • Develop future business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns
  • Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions
  • Work with finance, customer success, marketing and technical teams across the organization to identify opportunities, develop business cases and drive measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business
  • Work with business intelligence tools, and be comfortable accessing and working with data from multiple sources, and passionately partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results.

Qualifications:

  • 3rd or 4th year student enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Programming and/or data visualization software experience and basic Python and/or SQL knowledge or a strong desire to learn
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience using databases with a large-scale data sets
  • Experience gathering requirements, formulating the right data models and access tools when building comprehensive data decks
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
