Sales Director

Do you get excited about the latest technology and the problems that they can fix? Do you like sharing tech solutions and tools with others to sell them on the functionality? Can you eloquently verbalize the use cases potential customers face and describe how software can solve customers’ problems? If so, you may be a good fit for our Sales Director role. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role is responsible for managing existing lead systems and relationships for Wickr to build new business opportunities in a highly targeted, vertical focused program. This role requires someone who is fearless in selling disruptive solutions into all businesses and reaching out to key prospects and stakeholders to build immediate and long-term business value. This position will report to the Company’s Head of Sales and requires someone with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Functions

  • Strategically identify, target, and close new accounts to generate revenue for the company.
  • Effectively communicate with product, technology and business departments, while coordinating and managing deliverables.
  • Meet or exceed sales and product objectives as assigned.
  • Work strategically with the VP of Global Sales to identify trending opportunities/challenges and provide recommended solutions.
  • Prepare a GTM territory plan
  • Prepare presentations and sales displays in order to pitch and sell products.
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C and VP level Executives to address business needs.
  • Develop quotes, proposals, business cases and customer relationships.
  • Negotiate deal points and draft term sheets.
  • Utilize Salesforce to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate.
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree qualified
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
  • Understand how to sell value and ROI into C-Level
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in closing Enterprise sales opportunities from start through to completion with large customers
  • Proven track record of success in delivering enterprise collaboration/security products to large Enterprise space clients
  • Knowledge of one or more industry verticals

Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on product marketing manager that can handle a fast-paced start-up environment. This role will be responsible for understanding customer insights and driving engagement throughout every stage of the customer on-boarding funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Gather & analyze customer insights to drive marketing efforts
  • Develop and coordinate functional marketing programs to e​ngage customers from first touch, on-boarding, and beyond in our freemium product model
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering and customer success teams to help shape overall go-to-market strategies
  • Translate the complexities and benefits of cybersecurity solutions to customers of all sizes

What we’re looking for

  • BS/BA or equivalent, preferred majors in Business, Marketing, Communications
  • 1-3 years of experience driving product growth and customer engagement
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical skills and can translate market data and research into actionable takeaways
  • Previous experience at a startup a plus, someone that can “roll with the punches”
  • Doesn’t mind “herding cats” and can effectively collaborate with and influence different teams
    both co-located and distributed
  • Experience with mobile apps geared towards enterprise-level customers is preferred
