Known Issues

All Platforms and/orBackend

  1. Enterprise clients are using deprecated authorization headers for S3 traffic. Clients currently use v2.
  2. The macOS app is erroneously requesting username and password for OIDC enabled SSO workflow when used with certificate based authentication.
  3. Some external cameras for calls, such as a Creston Controller, are not recognized by clients.
  4. Admin v2 does not save password complexity requirements. Using the legacy (v1) admin console will allow these to be saved as expected.
  5. If a user attempts to start a call in a room immediately after another call is ended, they may receive an error message. This will resolve in 5-8 seconds before another call can be started. Hotfix is in progress and should be available before general release.
