AWS Wickr:
Announcing an important update! Back by popular demand, Secure Shredder has returned to sanitize your deleted data. Please enjoy this latest release of AWS Wickr:
- Secure Shredder Controls: Silver and Gold AWS Wickr administrators now have more control of Secure Shredder, including the ability to adjust the intensity of the shredder running in the background and the ability to run Secure Shredder on-demand.
- Call Confirmation: We’ve heard that users have been experiencing problems due to accidental calls being initiated. The application will now prompt you to confirm you’re trying to start a call and let you know how many participants will receive the call.
- Out-of-Network User Prompt: The application will now warn you before you attempt to add an out-of-network user to a room or conversation.
- Markdown: Limited support for markdown formatting has been added, including *bold*, _italic_, ~strikethrough~, `inline code`, and “`code blocks“`.
- Desktop users can now erase their “Recently Used” emoji history.
We will continue to address bugs as we find them. Please share any feedback and issues by emailing support@wickr.com.
Thank you for continued support of AWS Wickr!
